The City of Highland Park has awarded a new residential waste and recycling contract to Veolia Environmental Service which provides for an expanded menu of service options that will take affect on October 1, 2010. Effective October 1, 2010, refuse and recycling service options will be expanding and this requires all residents living in single-family homes to complete a survey and sign up for the service option that best fits their respective needs starting October 1.
