Once a month, local barbecue chefs and fans meet at a different barbecue restaurant to eat and talk shop.
January's event took place on Monday night at Real Urban Barbecue. It was organized by David Raymond, also known as Sweet Baby Ray after the sauce and restaurants that bear his namesake.
He described these meetings of the barbecue minds as a good time for his friends to "get together and eat barbecue and talk barbecue."
