Why Go: The $133 million high school renovation referendum is one of the most contentious topics voters will face April 5. All the candidates for the District 113 school board have been invited to this forum and will take questions from the audience. The referendum will undoubtedly come up.

Where/When: NY Slices; Sunday, 11 a.m. to 9 pm.
Why Go: Accept that it's still winter by spending the day indoors, surrounded by eight big screen TVs and pizza, not to mention XBox and board games.
