 is not only the pop genius behind  such Garland classics as &ldquo\;Over
  the Rainbow\,&rdquo\; &ldquo\;Come Rain or Come Shine\,&rdquo\;  &ldquo
 \;Get Happy&rdquo\; and &ldquo\;The Man That Got Away\,&rdquo\; but coun
 tless other immortal  tunes including &ldquo\;That Old Black Magic\,&rdq
 uo\; &ldquo\;Stormy Weather\,&rdquo\; &ldquo\;One for My  Baby (and One 
 for the Road)&rdquo\;\, &ldquo\;It&rsquo\;s Only a Paper Moon\,&rdquo\; 
 &ldquo\;I&rsquo\;ve Got the  World on a String\,&rdquo\; &ldquo\;Blues i
 n the Night&rdquo\; and others too numerous to  mention. They really don
