  the Park District of Highland Park's Grant-in-Aid program S.M.I.L.E (Sc

  Park District of Highland&nbsp\;Park raises over $40\,000 for&nbsp\;smi
 le&nbsp\;the&nbsp\;Firecracker 4 race alone&nbsp\;donates $10\,000 to S.
