 arden Farms and Prairie Pure Cheese!\n&nbsp\;\nTwin Garden Farms will pr
 ovide some of the freshest produce to Highwood's Farmers Market patrons 
 starting Wednesday\, July 25th. Based out of Harvard\, Illinois\, on ove
 r 200 acres of land\, Twin Garden Farms has been a family-run operation 
 since 1954. They have just about every vegetable you can imagine\, inclu
 ding the best sweet corn in the Midwest - Mirai sweet corn! For more inf

 \nPrairie Pure Cheese is a partnership between the Aves Farm. The Aves f
 arm is a 100 year old dairy farm located in Belvidere\, IL with 90 heads
  of cows. One of the owners\, Brian\, is a large animal veterinarian fro
 m Woodstock\, IL with a PhD in dairy nutrition. He tells the Aves what t
 o feed the cattle so they are healthy\, produce great tasting milk and l
 arge volumes of it\, without the use of growth hormones.They will be fea
 turing the finest cheeses\, including their signature cheese\, Butterkas
 e\, which is a soft\, quick melting cheese that tastes like macaroni and
  cheese. It makes great mac-n-cheese and will be used in the "Best Ever 
 Grilled Cheese" prepared right at the market! Other fine cheeses will be
  a mild\, fresh tasting Cheddar\, a sweet and nutty Swiss\, a Feta and B
 asil Tomato Feta (in both blocks and crumbles) and a new Blue Cheese whi
 ch was just added in June (available in blocks or crumbles). Stop by for
  a sample of any cheese - these cheeses are so delicious they have to co
