Are You an Under Earner?

The Nine Traits of Under Earners are:
They have a high tolerance for low pay
They tend to underestimate their self-worth
They have a willingness to work for free
They are lousy negotiators
They practice reverse snobbery (People with lots of money are: greedy, obnoxious — you fill in the blank)
They tend to believe in the nobility of poverty (Money is not spiiritual)
They tend to self-sabotage themselves regarding money
They subjugate their needs for others
They tend to live in financial chaos    (don’t have a handle on their finances, are in too much debt, etc.)

The first place many look, is at what they need to DO in order to increase their income (marketing, raising fees/income, spending plans, etc...). That's the Outer Work of Wealth — and it's a very important part of the program.

What makes Overcoming Underearning unique is that we get our clients to combine the Outer Work with the Inner Work of Wealth (uncovering your unconscious beliefs about money that you picked up from your family and the culture you were raised in).

In Overcoming Underearning, women begin to identify and disconnect from those limiting beliefs and learn how to think bigger about their earnings and their life; they learn to see discomfort as a sign they are going in the right direction; and they learn to say no to requests that don't work for them and say yes to what they want.
