A quick note to update everyone that might have an interest. The parties to the town's ABW litigation with Dr. Friedman filed memoranda of law and motions for summary judgment in Federal court yesterday. There are numerous documents and you can pull any of them off of PACER. The judge set a jury trial date of October 27, 2014 in the case.
