Highland Park's newest barbecue spot hosts a Valentine's Day dinner.

Still trying to figure out your Valentine's Day dinner plans? If you're thinking something along the lines of pork chops, then has got you covered. Highland Park's newest restaurant hosts BBQ by Candlelight this Valentine's Day with a special menu that includes savor smoked chicken wings, homemade chicken gumbo, a house salad with Boston Bibb lettuce as well as entrées like Fire Roasted BBQ Salmon or double cut smoked pork chops. To top it all off, the dessert includes a Moon shiner’s Chocolate Cake with Smoked Chocolate Ganache. The best part? It's BYOB (that's bottle as in wine, not barbecue sauce). There's limited availability, so advance reservations suggested. The meal is also available as a take-out or delivery package.
