Family Network Parent/Chlld Drop-In Center re-opens for fall

The Family Network Parent/Child Center in Highland Park will open for the fall on Tuesday, September 11, and all parents and children (newborn to age four) are welcome to drop in Tuesday-Friday from 9:30-11:30 a.m. – the first two visits are free!

Parents can relax, meet others, and have a cup of coffee in our comfortable Parent Lounge (with free Wi-Fi) while children play across the hall in our well-equipped playrooms.

Toddlers and preschoolers can participate in fun, developmentally appropriate activities supervised by nurturing professional staff, with an opportunity for a gradual separation experience.  Indoor gym time is included!

For babies and their parents, the Baby & Me Room offers a relaxed, informal play group facilitated by an infant specialist.  Speakers on a wide variety of topics are scheduled throughout the year.

On Thursday mornings, bilingual staff facilitates activities in Spanish and English. The center is open to all, and an adjusted fee is available.  Call Terry Beem at (847) 433-0377 for more information, or go to our website at www.familynetworkcenter.org.
