Sprout Kids Boutique is ready to make North Shore children ‘the best dressed kids in town’ just in time for the 2012 back-to-pre-school year. Located in the heart of Downtown Highland Park, at 644 Central Avenue, right next to Beanstalk Toys, this one-of-a-kind retailer will outfit children from newborn and preemies to five years of age. Please join Sprout Kids in the soft opening of the store, on Tuesday, August 14th.

Sprout Kids will cater to the taste of any child (or parent), carrying unique lines at all price points, from trendy and urban styles to classic and traditional pieces. Some of the lines available in-store will be American Apparel, Splendid, Kissy, Millions of Colors, Twirls & Twigs, Joe’s Jeans, Levi, Ralph Lauren, and Stella McCartney, to name a few.

“North Shore residents have always been fashion forward, starting with their children. Sprout Kids offers a new, fresh perspective on style, in a fun, whimsical environment that will have the kids wanting to come back for more.” Says Aly Pedowitz Manager of Sprout Kids.

Sprout Kids knows that in order to have a successful shopping experience, the children must be kept entertained. Aside from the wonderful decorations, artwork, toys and stuffed animals throughout the store to keep a little one’s attention, toddlers can touch and feel and climb, or even check themselves out on the runway with a full-length mirror. They will also offer a regular calendar of fun in-store events and kids activities! On Thursday, August 16th, Sprout Kids will have jugglers, face painting, and more for the late Highland Park crowd.

In addition to dressing children from head to toe, Sprout Kids will be new parents’ dream, offering a one-stop-shop outlet for equipping their newborn needs and furnishing the kids room with such things as bassinettes, converting cradles, consignment art, child-sized recliners, and more.
