Port Clinton Art Festival and Taste of Highland Park

For 28 years, the Port Clinton Art Festival has been recognized as one of the most successful juried art festivals in the country. This distinguished outdoor festival offers fine art from more than 260 of the world’s most celebrated artists. More than 250,000 art enthusiasts travel from places near and far to visit this acclaimed show annually. Young artists, ages eighteen and under, shine in the Youth Art Division of the show, which offers younger artists an opportunity to exhibit and participate in a real art festival. Throughout the weekend festival-goers will have the opportunity to enjoy FREE art activities for kids, including projects from Make-A-Messterpiece, the ultimate creative studio for children ages 0 – 12, live music and, of course, original artwork offered by master artists from around the world.

Kicking off the festival weekend is the 5th Annual Taste of Highland Park, which opens Friday and runs in conjunction with the festival throughout the weekend. The Taste features food and libations from many of Highland Park's most celebrated restaurants, including Abigail’s American Bistro, Bluegrass, Café Central, City Park Grill, Dunkin Donuts & Baskin Robbins, Fuddruckers, HP Chamber Beer & Wine, Jade Café, Max’s Deli, Moccio’s Pizzeria, New York Slices, Piero’s Pizza, Real Urban BBQ, Stash’s, Sunset Foods, Sushi Kushi and Tamales… A Mexican Joint. From grill to gourmet, sushi to sweets, the Taste of Highland Park offers something for everyone! In addition to the festival fare, festival-goers will enjoy a variety of live musical performances from acclaimed bands throughout the weekend. This year’s outstanding line-up includes:
