The Rotary Club of Highland Park/Highwood
helps needy children and families in our community. We are holding our annual fundraising event and live auction on April 28, 2012 at Highland Park Country Club with entertainment by the Second City Improv Group.
We are writing to ask if you would donate a gift card for a spa, restaurant, golf or fitness club,theater or sporting event tickets, or service package valued at $100 or higher. Your donation will help us achieve our goal of $50,000 for this fundraiser. Your generous donation of services and or merchandise will be acknowledged at our event. We also offer business card size advertisement in our program for donations in excess of $300. We anticipate approximately 250 people will attend this event, so your business will benefit from the community goodwill generated by your kind donation.
The Rotary Club of Highland Park/Highwood provides support for many programs in our community including scholarships to Highland Park High School students and charitable gifts to support Daycare Centers.
Sponsorship Opportunities Corporate Level $1500 Your company name and logo on event signage; a reserved table for 10 , stage front; your company name announced at the event,and inclusion in the program booklet,media and all promotional material.
Friends Level $500 Your company name and logo on all event signage and your company name announced at the event. Live Auction Opportunity to display your product for all event attendees to see. Proceeds form the sale are for a worthy cause.
