Shea Vaughn Gets Pumped For Pumpkin Fest: Unveiling Her New Book, “Breakthrough” At Highwood’s Pumpkin Fest

 

HIGHWOOD, IL (OCTOBER 19-22, 2010) – Shea Vaughn, health and wellness expert, Lake Forest resident and mother of actor Vince Vaughn, will be appearing at Highwood’s Great Pumpkin Fest to demonstrate some of her workout routines and talk about her wellness philosophies.  She will also be signing her new book Shea Vaughn’s Breakthrough – The 5 Living Principles to Defeat Stress, Look Great and Find Total Well-Being.  “BREAKTHROUGH” invites readers to find the clarity, balance and fulfillment that awaits them…to live without fear and regret the life they deserve.

As part of the Fest’s Corporate Sponsor team, Vaughn will be on site throughout the Fest at the Powerteam International booth, located in front of the main pumpkin wall on Highwood Avenue, and will also be announcing the winner of the iPad giveaway on Saturday October 22nd at 6pm from the main stage.

Vaughn will share some new exercise and wellness concepts from her revolutionary lifestyle practice known as SheaNetics® on Friday October 21st at 4pm and Saturday October 22nd at 1pm at the Family area dance floor, located near Sheridan Road and Walker Avenue.   Everyone is invited to join.

Shea Vaughn will be a part of The Great Highwood Pumpkin Fest 2011, to add to the plethora of family activities to partake in.  The Pumpkin Fest will attempt to break the Guinness World Record for the most jack-o’-lanterns lit at once in one city.  Plans call for 32,000 to light Downtown Highwood on Saturday October 22nd at 5:30pm.  The four-day fest will have families coming out to carve pumpkins, participate in contests, rock out to lie music, as well as participate in live demonstrations of SheaNetics and get Vaughn’s newest book signed.
