High school students are invited to YFest, a night of live music from local bands and DJs at the North Suburban YMCA in Northbrook. Scheduled performers include Northbrook Garage, Last Resort, Andrew Christopoulos, Zaramela, Brandon Friedman, and Casey Jones. The music starts at 7:00pm at the Y, located at 2705 Techny Road in Northbrook.
YFest is open to any high school student. Current school IDs must be presented upon entry, and students must stay at the Y from the time of entry until the event ends at 11:00pm. Admission is $5, with food from Little Louie's and souvenir t-shirts available for purchase.
YFest is presented by the NSYMCA Junior Executive Board. Proceeds will benefit Erika's Lighthouse, a support center for adolescents battling depression.
