Jewish Rockers Sababa Plan Northbrook Visit

The band will perform at Northbrook's Temple Beth-El on Saturday, Feb. 8 during a public concert.

The Jewish rock band Sababa will perform at Northbrook's Temple Beth-El on Saturday, Feb. 8 during a concert open to all synagogue and community members.

“In the middle of winter, when temperatures can make your whole body feel frozen, why not come out to Temple Beth-El to warm up with a night of great music and great fun,” Beth-El's Cantor Faryn H.K Rudnick in a press release. “Sababa will be joined by the voices of Kol Beth-El (synagogue members) and our Hebrew school students.”

The members of Sababa are not only musicians, but also Jewish educators, who visit communities to make an interactive and spiritual music experience.
