Real Urban Barbecue celebrates National Barbecue Month in May, and kicks off summer BBQ grilling season on National Brisket Day, Saturday, May 26.

In honor of these special holidays, from Monday, May 21 through Memorial Day on Monday, May 28, guests may enjoy a Brisket Flight of 4 oz Smoked Wagyu Brisket, 4 oz Smoked Prime Brisket and 4 oz Smoked Black Angus Brisket served sliced or chopped with traditional white bread, brain buster pickles, and two sides,  $16.95, while supplies last.

The Brisket Flight is served with regional BBQ sauces including the flavor of the month, Roasted Maui Onion Sauce.
