Take heart in the heartwarming love stories on display throughout February at First Bank of Highland Park.

The ode to romance opened on Feb. 2. Local seniors from the Highland Park Senior Center, Lake Forest-Lake Bluff Senior Center and Weinberg Community for Senior Living visited the bank to view the exhibit, which includes their personal love stories and photos, reported the Chicago Tribune.

Marvin Bloom, who resides at the Weinberg Community for Senior Living with wife Doreen, wrote, "She was so gorgeous and I was so in love. I was afraid that if I didn't propose she would get picked up by someone else."

The exhibit is on display at the Ruth Fell Wander Community Art Wall, which was created in 2002 to showcase novice artwork from local schools and non-profit organizations. Each month, the bank extends a personal invitation to each artist and/or organization to attend a reception in celebration of their exhibition, as reported on Highland Park Patch.
