To Get A Job, Make Sure To Get A Good Photo
The Wall Street Journal recently published a survey conducted by perspective employers who use LinkedIn in their search for employees. Those seeking employment with photos attached to their resumes are 11 times more likely to be viewed than those without and those with high quality photos properly exposed with good lighting and neutral backgrounds attracted even more attention. Bottom line, selfies don't do the trick. If you're out in search of your first job or currently working but hoping to move on to a better position, make sure your photo makes the proper professional impression.
