Grand Jury Indicts Man for Indecent Solicitation of a Child
Man Highland Park Police arrested July 31 is indicted by Lake County Grand Jury.
Robert Konieczko, 25, of Bartlett was indicted Sept. 4 for indecent solicitation of a Child, a Class 4 Felony, according to a news release from the Lake County State’s Attorney’s Office.
Konieczko was originally arrested July 31 by Highland Park Police. He will be arraigned Sept. 19 before Judge Daniel Shanes in Lake County Criminal Court in Waukegan.
If convicted, Koniecko could be sentenced to between one and three years in prison.
