Are scientists always right?

We can't imagine our civilization without scientists, engineers, inventors, which create miracle in USA and the world.
Their common efforts connect the world by cars, airplanes, information technology...
It creates new reality in the world and scientists, engineers, inventors deserve most credits for all our achievement in today technology and style of living.
At the same time, in my opinion, we have huge problems with science of economy and climate change.
Let analyze situation in science of economy.
Here till now scientists use Keynesian and Austrian schools of economy and advise to Governments in USA and the world use stimulus or austerity to help economy.
Here, in my opinion, is the main mistake in today science of economy.
It was time, when almost all populations in all countries in the world work as farmers or around them.
Industrial revolution changed this situation. Today less than 3% of population in USA are farmers and they feed USA and not only USA very well.
Please, ask yourself could any stimulus or austerity help increase significantly amount of jobs to produce food for our countries.
Of course, answer will be NO.
Every year we see that more and more farmers are trying to change their activities and manufactures are provide them with jobs most of the time.
Unfortunately, robots,  globalization changed gold years to create new jobs in production especially in still rich countries as USA.
If workforces in developing countries are ten times cheaper than in USA, it's impossible to ask owners to use domestic workforces.
Moral obligation, patriotism, more taxes for companies, which are using overseas workers will never help. If owners will agree to move jobs back to USA it will bring to them more problems to compete in the world market.
We have situation close to situation in farmers field.
Any manipulation with money, any political solutions can't help create more profitable jobs.
We must admit that scientists of economy are provide our Government with wrong tools to save our economy. We can see it from the past experience: Bush's  administration with their Republican's philosophy in economy did not worked.
We can see it from today situation: Obama's administration with their Democrat's philosophy in economy also do not work.
We could blame each other forever, but unfortunately it will not help economy.
We must admit that science of economy is giving to both parties wrong advices.
Keynesian, Austrian schools of economy maybe worked when most of producers, and consumers were lived in one country, when robots only started to take our jobs.
Right now these schools of economy are outdated. We must forget about them and if still learn in universities only as history of economy.
Our efforts must be focus on creation of new directions for jobs, which will stay in USA at least 10-20 years despite globalization and robots.
We could create millions of very profitable jobs right now, but it is topic for another post. Please help find these new directions for jobs.
