How to attract customers for Highland Park businesses? Part 2.

Location of Highland Park is the best.
We are close to Chicago, Ravinia, Botanic Garden, all of them have good public transportation.
What we must improve it is to connect by buses all railroad stations from Great Chicago to Chicago-Highland Park, Deerfield, Buffalo Grove...
It will bring to Highland Park many customers from Great Chicago area.
We must create possibilities to connect by public transportation all our beaches of Michigan lake.
If Botanic Garden, Ravinia are mostly seasonal, beaches will attract people all year.
It is create necessity to work more hard to attract people (customers) in winter time.
What is the cheapest way to do that must be discussed by all residents of Highland Park, especially by owners of businesses.
In my opinion, it will be good to print booklets, maps of all businesses in Highland Park, which will be easy to take, the same as in Botanic Garden.
In response to discussion about Wall Mart in vicinity of Highland Park.
We no need to forget, that in Wall Mart we are buying products, which created mostly in developing countries, where workforces are ten time cheaper. It is good and we no need fight process of globalization.
We only must to understand that for businesses in Highland Park it will create competition, which we must delay as long as possible.
What will be the best instead of Wall Mart?
In my opinion, it must be Hotels, which will attract people from all USA and maybe other countries and not for business trips (which is also good), but for pleasure to be in Botanic Garden, Ravinia, Chicago, to see beaches of Highland Park, etc.
