Let start from beginning-computers are changing our knowledge, our abilities to collect data, to see the world, to see as micro particles as universe.
Computers are the main tools in any area of knowledge.
At the same time computers are bringing to us flood of information, which could drown unprepared mind.
Let looks at amount of information for:
Newton's laws-13,400,000 results.
Climate change-46,300,000 results.
Science of economics-59,900,000 results.
Results will be different in any search moments, but in the same millions.

To understand and use Newtons laws, main laws in science of climate change, science off economics, etc it is more than enough to read one book for any direction of science.
It must be the best book, article, any bites of information for students and adults before we start any research in any areas of knowledge.
Without complete understanding of inertia, force, action-reaction, gravitation, which could be explained in 10 or less pages of information, I am sure it is too early to start read all these 13 millions of results about Newton's laws.
In science of climate change we must understand properties of water and their influence on climate, which are far bigger than water vapor is greenhouse gas.
Properties of water will easy explain huge mistake in science of climate change, which we have right now.
Greenhouse gases have nothing to do with climate change, despite 46 millions of different information, which I can tell for sure repeat millions of time the main mistake in today science of climate change.
Billions of mind on the earth are flooding in repetition of the same mistake in science of climate change about special role of greenhouse gases in nature.
Unfortunately these thousands of sources of information are repeating thousands of times the same mistakes. These repetitions make difficulty to understand reality even for persons with PhD, MD and other credentials even in this specific area.
Flood of information drown these smart persons, which afraid to confront stupidity of mass media even in their minds.

The same we have with science of economy, which together with science of climate change responsible for most economical problems in the world.
I am sure that most of 60 million of articles and other information will repeat the same advices from Keynesian and Austrian schools of economy about stimulus and austerity.
What will forget all these sources, that stimulus in any area worked good in time when most producers and consumers lived in one country.
The same we could write about austerity. Save money for future investment and economy will be in good condition. It is also wrong today.
Right now we have robots, which reduce numbers of needed working people. We have globalization, which take our jobs overseas, where workforces are ten times cheaper.
With full respect to advisers of Diana Sawyer from ABC news it is too late to bring manufacturing jobs back to USA.
We no need fight globalization. Globalization is good, it make all products cheaper.
For those, who concerns about slave labor condition in developing countries, please imagine yourself as citizen of developing country.
Is it will be better for you to have job even in slave condition, or be unemployed, without any help from society?
I am not for slave labor condition, but as I lived 53 years in former Soviet Union, I better understand reality in developing countries.
Globalization is the best for them to go out of poverty.

Influence of Globalization and robots must show to rich countries elite, governments and scientists that stimulus and austerity as tools for creation of new jobs today are different than 30 and more years ago.
Right now investment in infrastructure will help working there people to buy more consumer products from developing countries and therefore create most of jobs in developing countries.
Unfortunately this simple conclusion do not understand most of economists in still rich countries.
Krugman, Poulsen, Summer, Bernanke, and many others are still trying to save economy by outdated schools of economy.
Stimulus, austerity without directions for them, which will create jobs in USA despite globalization and robots are useless.

We must think, which directions are the best to create new jobs right now.
Investment in education will bring result at least after 20-30 years. Please, do not make conclusion, that I am against education. Education must be priority in any time.
Which directions for stimulus and austerity are the best to create new jobs in USA.
To answer on this question we must to remind that in 2012 we spent more than 100 billions  on weather disasters. We are spending trillions on useless windmills, solar cells to save planet from greenhouse gases.
Drought of 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, tornadoes, wildfires, hurricanes have completely another reasons than greenhouse gases.
If we will start understand these reasons we could save our planet from climate change, reduce power of main weather disasters with huge profit and only by three countries in the world-USA, Canada, Mexico.
North America between Pacific, Arctic, and Atlantic oceans influence climate from France to Japan.
These directions of stimulus could create millions of jobs in USA with return of investment 8 month, if we will start right now.

Computer are the best tool for education, research, innovation, all aspects of our life if we will not  allow drown our minds in flood of information.
