HIGHLAND PARK, IL (FEBRUARY 22 - MARCH 15, 2013) – Beanstalk Toyland & Bookstore is ready to jump into Spring with storytime Fridays, featuring readings by The Storybook Mom, Nili Yelin. Beginning Friday, Feburuary 22, and continuing on Friday, March 8, and Friday, March 15, these readings for children of all ages will take place at 2pm at Highland Park’s favorite book nook (654 Central Avenue). Beanstalk has the most-wanted and inspirational toys and books for children, and the award-winning Storybook Mom is prepared to bring these books to life in a fun, educational way!


Nili Yelin performs all over the Chicagoland area and has been voted “Best Storyteller” by Make It Better Magazine, Time Out Chicago Kids and The Chicago Tribune. Nili hosts the Chicago Tribune Printers Row Lit Fest Kids Stage each year, and performs at The Field Museum, Shedd Aquarium, schools, libraries and festivals. Her unique style of interactive storytelling called "sit down, stand up" entertains, educates and enlightens audiences of all ages. Nili is an actress, producer, publicist, stand-up comedian and mom, and considers her children her best productions.
