Barbara May, Chair of the Fair, says “families come back each year looking forward to all of the fun activities. Once people come, they stay the whole time because there's so many activities for the kids and their parents to do together.”

Also included are kid exhibitors who Sell & Show hand crafted items such as artwork, jewelry, tie dye, or friendship bracelets. Children may keep the money they earn or perhaps consider giving it to a charity. Nancy Grace Marder, executive director of Infinity, says “having the kids show and sell is a wonderful aspect of the fair. There is so much value in kids expressing their creativity by selling things they’ve made from their heart. It also gives them a first hand opportunity to run a mini-business or raise awareness like the Reach for Change Elm Place school project paper doll project for Saving the Children of Darfur.
