Fall Farm Festival/ Freedom Farm For Vets

A non-profit organization, The Freedom Farm For Vets, is having a Fall Farm Festival on Saturday, October 19th from 1-7 PM. The farm is a place for Veterans (including active duty military) and their families to come to learn about organic gardening, horsemanship, small animal care, and just as a place to relax and enjoy the farm environment. We also provide referrals for services they may need. The Fall Festival is free admission and will have food, a quilt raffle, children's events, Bag-o and horseshoe tournaments for adults, face painting, music and a bon fire. Pumpkins will also be painted for delivery to the veterans at Great Lakes next week. Future plans for the farm and our programs will be available to review.
