[Seniors]

Walk and talk your way healthy with this senior walking
club. Each outdoor walk (weather permitting) at Heller Nature Center is led by
a Naturalist to enhance the outdoor experience as well as a group fitness
instructor to ensure safe physical activity! Indoor walks will be held at the
Recreation Center of Highland Park. Each walk will be followed by a group led
class including stretching and balance to improve overall daily function. The
fun doesn’t stop there—catch up with your friends after the walk and enjoy a
snack. Grab your sneakers and get moving!
