"Future Chef" Kids Summer Cooking Classes: Garden Goodness I

Future Chefs, ages 10-13 are welcome to join use for a 4 day culinary experience.
Summer gardens overflow with vibrant, flavorful fruits and vegetables. This hands-on series teaches basic cooking skills using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Activities include reading recipes, organizing and measuring ingredients, following kitchen safety, mixing a batter, making mayonnaise, making jam, whisking, using a food processor, and simple pan-cooking.

Your children will have loads of fun while they learn & practice basic cooking skills with a trained Chef.

All classes are Hands-on, with a Student/Teacher ratio of 4:1.
Best for ages 10–13. Minimum class size of 8, maximum of 13.

$260 per session
