Movies in Nature: Green Fire

Aldo Leopold was one of the first in the nation to call for
a wildlife management system that focuses on conservation. “Green Fire: Aldo
Leopold and a Land Ethic for Our Time” looks at Leopold’s personal epiphany
and how it led to developing a new outlook on conservation to fit the 21st
century. The film will be followed by an optional group discussion.  Offered in conjunction with Emily Oaks Nature
Center and the Highland Park Natural Resources Commission.
