Soar to new Heights with Aspiritech

Aspiritech, a Highland Park not-for-profit benefiting adults with
autism, is hosting its third annual fundraiser “Soar to New Heights!” on
Sunday, August 25th at Highland Park Country Club.

The dinner event will also include a silent auction, 50/50 raffle, and
a performance from Rudy Simone.  In
addition to being an award-winning best-selling author of books on Asperger’s,
Ms. Simone is also an award-winning singer/songwriter. She will be performing
some acoustic numbers from her forthcoming album “Gothic Blues”.

Aspiritech helps adults with autism soar to new heights by living
fulfilling, independent, and meaningful lives. Aspiritech trains and hires
adults with Asperger’s syndrome and other forms of high functioning autism to
be software testers, a job well-suited to their unique talents, such as
attention to detail and an exceptional ability to focus.  The organization has earned praise from
across the nation as a pioneer in creating jobs for adults with autism.
