Highland Park, Deerfield, Poland Connection Finds Lost Dog

That is what happened when a dog from Highland Park chased a truck down the street; ended up in the backyard of a Deerfield home half a mile away two days later and the homeowner told his daughter in Poland about it, according to a story on CBS Chicago.

It seems the dog’s owner, Amy Silverman of Highland Park, put a message on Facebook, according to CBS Chicago. The Deerfield man was telling his daughter in Poland about the dog his two granddaughters found in his backyard. She said, “I just saw a black dog on my Facebook and it was missing in Highland Park,” in the CBS story. The daughter called Silverman in Poland and the reunion ensued. See the full video here.
