Three Businesses Progressing Downtown

Rose's Bakery, Bake 425 and Juice One are all part of growth near corner of Sheridan Road and Central Avenue in downtown Highland Park.

With three new businesses putting signs in the window, the corner of Sheridan Road and Central Avenue is becoming a hub of new business activity.

Rose’s Bakery, a gluten free operation with a location already in Evanston, Juice One and Bake 425, a take home organic pizza business all have coming soon signs up in storefronts on Central Avenue.

Rose’s, which had people inside working to get the place ready, may be the closest to opening its doors.
