Summer Camp Fun with bus service to Highland Park
This is a great opportunity for working families to provide a private day camp experience to their children while still getting the extended day care they need.
Discovery Day Camp is now offering extended day with bus service to Highland Park and other eastern suburbs.
Parents have mentioned that they would like to enroll their children at Discovery, but need longer hours than what is available with bus service. So, we have created this extended day option.

meet your child in a central meeting place in your community between 7:30 and 7:45
AM. The child will play in this meeting place until approximately 8 AM, when the bus will depart.

In the afternoon, campers will remain at camp after the normal camp day to enjoy camp
activities (including an optional 3rd swim) and a snack before leaving camp for the return ride to their community.
The vehicle stops at the community meeting place where campers will play. Supervised play is between 5 and 6 PM during which time parents pick up their campers. Campers are carefully directed by Discovery Day Camp staff, until they are picked up and signed out by their parents.
