Beloved husband and soul mate of Selene nee Lieberman for 67 wonderful years. Devoted father of Jeffrey Ganek, Alison (Michael) Seidler and the late Joel Ganek. Loving “Pops” of Melissa (Matthew) Schuval and Matthew (Lindsay) Seidler. Loving great grand “Pops” of Parker Schuval. Dearest brother of the late Larry (the late Sally) Ganek and the late Alma Ganek. Fond uncle of Susan Lieberman (Jim Stoller) and William Lieberman. Lifelong cousin of Roberta Alperstein and Lorraine Fischman.
WWII veteran and 2nd Lieutenant Army Air Corp. bomber pilot. Master Gardener for 27 years at the Chicago Botanic Garden.

CONDOLENCES PRIOR to the service will begin at 12:30PM.
Service Monday 1:30PM at North Shore Congregation Israel, 1185 Sheridan Road, Glencoe. Private family interment.
