H.P. Assault Weapons Ban, abolished as unConstitutional.

The H.P. Assault Weapons Ban is a carbon-copy of the Cook County Assault Weapons Ban, which is involved in a lawsuit named Wilson v. Cook County. The County is precluded from enforcing the AWB Law until the case is resolved. H.P. is involved in a similar lawsuit as well. When the Wilson Case is finally resolved by the Supreme Court...the Friedman v. Highlanf Park Case will be resolved as well. Hence, the reason why no enforcement of the AWB has taken place in H.P. or North Chicago, Skokie or Evanston...it is a law that has no merit or worthyness. Simply a MAIG Group directed scheme, to test the resolve of the American people and see if we are willing to cede our Right's, as they tell us we should.
