Chicago Navy Pier / Lake Shore Running Path was the scene of a brutal Attack by a Hammer wielding man that hit the women in the face and caused serious injuries. The two unarmed women suffered a severe beating by this Madman with a Hammer. The Police have caught the attacker. Illinois has Conceal Carry of a fully loaded firearm, but these 50 year old women do not believe in the need for a Gun to protect themselves... "We have Police for that, Right?" This week the U.S. Supreme Court once again Ruled that the Police are NOT obligated to Protect citizens from imminent harm... you are responsible to protect yourself from imminent harm!
