Depending on how you look at it, this 11,200-square-foot lakefront home sitting on nearly two acres is a bargain.

Crain’s Chicago Business writes that the listing price is just $100,000 over what the owners paid in 2006, but is a giant reduction from the 2012 asking price of $8.95 million.

The sellers are Adi Mor, who runs the Garden Fresh Market grocery chain and his wife, Kimberly Jo Mor, who co-owns Highland Park’s Krav Maga Illinois, which teaches Israeli Defense Forces self defense techniques, Crain’s writes.

The home also has an indoor pool, custom woodwork, six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
