3 Drivers Arrested for Speeding More Than 35 MPH Over Limit

Several other drivers were arrested for driving with a suspended license.

The following information is from the Highland Park Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.

SPEEDING 35+ MPH OVER LIMIT

Taylor Blackwell, 18, of Grayslake, was arrested April 20 at 2 a.m. and charged with speeding 35+ over the limit after being stopped by police in the 2700 block of Skokie Valley Road. Blackwell was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of May 28.

Battsengel Lkhagvasuren, 31, of Morton Grove, was arrested April 20 at 9 a.m. and charged with speeding 35+ over the limit and improper lane usage after being stopped by police in the 1200 block of Fredricksons Place. Lkhagvasuren was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of May 14.

Amanda Knoll, 19, of Wadsworth, was arrested April 20 at 9:15 a.m. and charged with speeding 35+ over the limit, uninsured motor vehicle and expired registration after being stopped by police in the 2000 block of Skokie Valley Road. Knoll was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of May 14.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Hugo Hernandez-Reyes, 31, of Park City, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. April 14 and charged with driving while license suspended and failure to reduce speed after police responded to a report of an accident in the 700 block of Central Avenue. Hernandez-Reyes was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of May 14.

Mario Escamilla-Hernandez, 28, of Highland Park, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and suspended registration for no insurance after being stopped by police near the intersection of Central Avenue and Hickory Street. Escamilla-Hernandez was released on a cash bond with a court date of May 28.

Luke Urbandwski, 46, of Evanston, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and uninsured motor vehicle after being stopped by police near the intersection of Half Day Road and Ridge Road. Urbandwski was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of May 28.

Dale Scott, 50, of Chicago, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. April 19 and charged with driving while license suspended and disobeying a traffic control device after being stopped by police in the 1300 block of Half Day Road. Scott was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of May 28.
