Blotter: Underage Drinking, Domestic Battery and More

The following arrest information was supplied by the Highland Park police department. It does not indicate a conviction.

THEFT

Police are investigating a delayed report of a theft. It was reported that unknown persons stole a spare wheel and tire from underneath a 2006 Jeep Cherokee sometime between February 2012 and June 25 at 12:07 p.m. The incident occurred in the 200 block of Barberry Road.

Police are investigating a delayed report of a theft. It was reported that a white Apple 16g iPhone 4 was misplaced/lost or taken while at a party on June 22 in the 2600 block of Roslyn Lane.

Police are investigating a report of a theft. It was reported that unknown persons stole a silver Mac Powerbook laptop and a silver and black iPhone 3 after the items were left unattended for approximately 10 minutes on June 29. The incident occurred in the 400 block of Laurel Avenue.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY

Police are investigating a delayed report of a burglary. It was reported that a first floor window to the rear of a home was discovered pried open and the screen ripped out sometime between June 23 and June 25. The home does not appear to have been entered and no items were reported missing. The incident occurred in the 2900 block of Priscilla Avenue.

No items disturbed or missing from the interior of the home. The incident occurred in the 2900 block of Priscilla Avenue.

ROLL-OVER ACCIDENT WITH INJURIES                                   

Hugo Ugalde-Pacheco, 22, of the 1400 block of Droster Road in Madison, Wisconsin, was arrested and charged with aggravated driving under the influence, improper lane usage and driving while license suspended after police responded to a previously reported roll-over accident on June 24. Ugalde-Pacheco was transported to bond court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, pending court date.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE REVOKED                                                       

Andres Ledezma-Blancas, 26, of the 2500 block of West Diversey Street in Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving while license revoked, and improper passing on left after being stopped by police in the 1200 block of Fredricksons Place. Ledezma-Blancas was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of July 11 at 301 Greenleaf St. in Waukegan.

VIOLATION OF ORDER OF PROTECTION

Dean Fabbri, 47, of the 400 block of N. Central Ave. in Highwood, was arrested and charged with violation of an order of protection. Fabbri was transported to bond court at 18 N. County St. in Waukegan pending a court date.

BURGLARY TO MOTOR VEHICLE

Police are investigating a delayed report of a burglary. It was reported that someone smashed the passenger window on a silver Mercedes and took a brown purse/tote which contained a black resin with gold bracelet. The incident occurred in the 800 block of Edgewood Rd. in Highland Park.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

Robert Goldstein, 49, of the 1100 block of Hilary Ln. in Highland Park, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage after being stopped by police in the 1300 block of Park Ave. West in Highland Park. Goldstein was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of July 27 at 18 North County St. in Waukegan.

Andre Harris, 42, of the 1900 block of 10th St. in Waukegan, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, open transportation of alcohol, improper lane usage, driving while license suspended and aggravated driving while license suspended for DUI after being stopped by police in the 3000 block of Skokie Valley Rd. in Highland Park. Harris was transported to bond court at 18 North County St. in Waukegan pending a court date.

DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED

Roberto Hernandez, 41, of the 700 block of Sheridan Rd. in Highwood, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle, improper use of identification and improper lane usage after being stopped by police in the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Rd. in Highland Park. Hernandez was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of August 16 at 18 N. County St. in Waukegan.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE TO PROPERTY                                                          

Police are investigating a delayed report of a criminal damage to property. It was reported that an arrow was drawn into the grass, a tee flag was thrown into the water and unknown persons defecated on a golf cart that was left overnight on a green on June 29. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of Park Avenue West in Highland Park.

DOMESTIC BATTERY / FLEEING & ELUDING / POSSESSION OF CANNABIS                                                                     

Daniel Roberson, 26, of the 8600 block of Niles Center Rd. in Skokie, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended, fleeing & eluding, possession of cannabis and domestic battery after police responded to the report of a dispute in the 200 block of Skokie Valley Rd. in Highland Park. Roberson was transported to bond court at 18 N. County St. in Waukegan pending court date.

DOMESTIC BATTERY

Michael Brady, 34, of the 2700 block of St. Johns Ave. in Highland Park was arrested on June 30 and charged with domestic battery after police responded to a 9-1-1 call of a dispute in the 2700 block of St. Johns Ave. in Highland Park. Brady was transported to bond court at 18 N. County St. in Waukegan pending court date.

CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL BY MINORS

Martha Roman, 20, of the 1500 block of McDaniels Ave. in Highland Park, and Fernando Farfan, 19, of the 1400 block of St. Johns Ave. in Highland Park were cited with consumption of alcohol by minor and Luis Aguero-Alarcon, 22, of the 1300 block of Ridgewood Ave on July 1. in Highland Park, was cited with consumption of alcohol on Park District property, after police responded to a request for assistance by a Community Policing Aide near the intersection of Chatfield Drive and Omaha Street in Highland park.  ll three individuals are expected in Administrative Court at City Hall, 1707 St. Johns Avenue, in Highland Park on July 19.
