Erratic Driving Leads to DUI Arrest

The following arrest information was supplied by the Highland Park Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

DUI

Timothy Flesher, 44, of Waukegan was arrested Oct. 26 and charged with driving under the influence, open transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage after being stopped by police in the 1300 block of Half Day Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court on Nov. 22 in Waukegan.

Theft

Police are investigating a delayed report of a theft reported Oct. 23, according to Highland Park Police reports. A rhinestone studded purse with an I-Phone 4s inside was removed from a table after being left unattended while at an event. The incident occurred in the 1100 block of Sheridan Road

Police are investigating a delayed report of a theft reported Oct. 25, according to Highland Park Police reports.  Sometime overnight, a gutter drain spout, described as a white round 8 ft PVC pipe used to drain water was reported missing from the rear of a residence in the 1400 Avignon Court.

Driver’s License Infractions and More

Prabhas Mokkapat, 33, of Arlington Heights was arrested Oct. 23 and charged with driving while license suspended, uninsured motor vehicle and disobeying a traffic control device after being stopped by police in the 700 block of Central Avenue, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Nov. 27 in Park City.
