Video visits must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. The visits are scheduled during a time that is convenient for the inmate's vistior. Once the inmate is notified of the visit and has checked in, the visitor will receive a notice through the Securus Video Visitation software to join.

When the visit begins, video and audio is sent over an Internet connection to the inmate at the jail. This system allows visitors to visit with their loved one from their home, office, library or any location equipped with high-speed Internet, a PC with Windows operating system and a webcam.
