Highland Park Police Make 2 DUI Arrests
A teen was also arrested for driving more than 35 MPH over the limit.
The following is from the Highland Park Police Department. An arrest is not an indication of guilt.
DUI
Zachary Michelsen, 21, of the 200 block of 5th Street in Libertyville, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and open transportation of alcohol after being stopped by police in the 1400 block of Park Avenue West at 5:30 a.m. July 17. Michelsen was released on a personal recognizance bond with an Aug. 22 court date.

Speeding more than 35 MPH over limit
Breanna Coleman, 18, of the 4100 block of Continental Drive in Waukegan, was arrested and charged with speeding 35+ MPH over the limit, no valid drivers license and possession of cannabis after being stopped by police in the 1900 block of Skokie Valley Road at 8 a.m. July 19. She was released on a personal recognizance bond with an Aug. 13 court date.
