Lawn Furniture Stolen From Front Yard
The following arrest information was supplied by the Highland Park and Deerfield Police Departments. It does not indicate a conviction.
Theft
Police are investigating a report of a theft. Unknown person(s) removed a lawnmower, patio table and chair, card table and two black table trays from a front yard between 7:25 a.m. and 6:35 p.m. on Oct. 3. All items were left in front yard unsecured. The incident occurred in the 900 block of Lilac Lane, according to Highland Park Police reports.
Police are investigating a delayed report of a theft. Unknown person(s) sometime between Sept. 26 and 6 p.m. Oct. 3 removed cash from a bookshelf that was located in an office of a residence in the 1700 block of Reserve Court, according to Highland Park Police reports.

DUI
Edgar Green, 44, of Waukegan was arrested Monday and charged with driving under the influence, open transportation of alcohol, speeding and driving while license suspended after being stopped by police in the 2800 block of Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Nov. 1 in Waukegan..
