Man Arrested for Sexual Exploitation of Child in Highland Park

Indecent solicitation of a child

July 31: Robert Konieczko (25) of the 700 block of Bayberry Drive, Bartlett was arrested and charged with indecent solicitation of a child and sexual exploitation of a child. Konieczko was transported to bond court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois pending court date.

Retail theft

August 1: Heidi Sabitt (49) of the 200 block of Prairie Avenue, Highwood was arrested and charged with retail theft after police responded to a report of a shoplifter at a business in the 2000 block of Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park. Sabitt was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of September 11, 2013 at 301 Greenleaf Street, Park City, Illinois.

Assault

August 2: Arkady Kats (54) of the 100 block of Red Oak Lane, Highland Park was arrested and charged with assault after police were called to a report of a dispute in the 700 block of Park Avenue West, Highland Park. Kats was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of August 28, 2013 at 301 Greenleaf Avenue, Park City, Illinois.

Driving under the influence

August 4: Anthony Ohlwein (35) of the 1000 block of Sandwick Court, Highland Park was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, hit and run and improper lane usage after police responded to a report of a two car accident in the 1700 block of Beverly Place, Highland Park. Ohlwein was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of August 30, 2013 at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan.
