Man Arrested in HP for Heroin Possession and Delivery
Scaffolding, braces and other construction material was also stolen.
Heroin possession
Nicholas Kobitter, 24, of the 1500 block of Bull Creek Drive in Libertyville, was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of a controlled substance (heroin) and unlawful delivery of a controlled substance after police responded to an anonymous report of suspicious activity in a parking lot in the 1400 block of Park Avenue West at 12:30 a.m. July 18. Kobitter was transported to bond court pending court date.
Driving while license revoked

Kulach Kazimirez, 41, of the 5300 block of N. Lotus in Chicago, was arrested and charged with driving while license revoked and overweight on registration after being stopped by police in the 900 block of Deerfield Road at 4:30 p.m. July 18. Kazimirez was released on a cash bond with a Sept. 10 court date.

Adam Teverbaugh, 39, of the 0-100 block of E. 30th Place in Steger, IL, was arrested and charged with driving while license suspended and speeding after being stopped by police in the 2600 block of Skokie Valley Road at 10:30 p.m. July 20. He was released on a personal recognizance bond with an Aug. 27 court date.
Burglary from a motor vehicle
Sometime between July 11 and 14 a black iPad 2 black in a black case was taken from an unsecured company car while parked in the 1400 block of Old Deerfield Road.
Theft
Scaffolding, braces and other construction related materials were taken over night July 17 from a business in the 3100 block of Skokie Valley Road.
Someone stole a black Trek Road Bike 1000 with white lettering and curved handle bars from St. Johns Avenue and Roger Williams sometime between 8:45 and 10:30 a.m. July 20.
