Man Charged with Driving 40mph Over Limit

Domestic battery

May 13: Alex Etman (53) of the 1700 block of Violet Court, Highland Park was arrested and charged with domestic battery after police were flagged down near the intersection of Ridge Road and Hybernia Drive, Highland Park.  Etman was transported to bond court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan pending court date.

May 16: Kenneth Timmons (48) of the 800 block of Burton Avenue, Highland Park was arrested and charged with domestic battery after police were called to a report of yelling and screaming in the area of the 800 block of Burton Avenue, Highland Park.  Timmons was transported to bond court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan pending court date.

Possession of cannabis

May 15: Cesar Garcia (25) of the 400 block of S. Elmwood Avenue, Waukegan was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis and failure to wear seatbelt after being stopped by police in the 700 block of Central Avenue, Highland Park.  Garcia was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of June 12, 2013 at 301 Greenleaf Street, Park City, Illinois. 

Aggravated identity theft

May 15: Ronald Gary (56) of the 10900 block of S. Wabash Avenue, Chicago was arrested and charged with aggravated identity theft, identity theft and possession of a fictitious identification card after police responded to a report of a suspicious individual attempting to open a line of credit and possibly utilizing a fraudulent credit card at a business in the 100 block of Skokie Valley Road, Highland Park.  Gary was transported to bond court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan pending court date. 

Criminal trespass to property

May 16: Henry Tennort (54) of the 600 block of McAlister Street, Waukegan was arrested and charged with criminal trespass to property after police were called to a report of a suspicious person wandering in a professional building looking into rooms in the 1700 block of Green Bay Road, Highland Park.  Tennort was released on a cash bond with a court date of June 17, 2013 at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois.

Speeding 40mph over limit

May 17: Adnan Ljubijankic (23) of the 500 block of E. Highland Avenue, Mount Prospect was arrested and charged with speeding 40 mph over the limit after police responded to a report of 3 vehicles racing northbound near the 400 block of the Edens Expressway, Highland Park.  Ljubijankic was released on a cash bond with a court date of June 12, 2013 at 301 Greenleaf Street, Park City, Illinois. Amir Dizdarevic (24) of the 1300 block of E. Lake Avenue, Glenview, was charged with speeding 40 mph over the limit and possession of cannabis. Dizdarevic was released on a cash bond with a court date of June 12, 2013 at 301 Greenleaf Street, Park City, Illinois. 

Driving under the influence

May 17: Maria Moreno (24) of the 2600 block of McAree Road, Waukegan was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, uninsured motor vehicle, improper lane usage and no valid drivers license after being stopped by police near the intersection of Half Day Road and Trail Way, Highland Park.  Moreno was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of June 7, 2013 at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois. 

May 18: Samuel Goodman (21) of the 1000 block of Sheridan Road, Highland Park was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and no rear registration lamp illuminated after being stopped by police near the intersection of Green Bay Road and Elm Place, Highland Park.  Goodman was released on a personal recognizance bond with a court date of June 28, 2013 at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan, Illinois.
