Man Resists Police, Gets Arrested

Resisting and Obstructing a Police Officer
Michael Kimmelman, 52, of Highland Park was arrested Sunday and charged with resisting a police officer and obstructing a police officer after police responded to a dispute in the 600 block of Glenview Avenue, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Nov. 27 in Park City.

Sherwin Gurley, 29, of Waukegan was arrested Saturday and charged with driving while license suspended, speeding and no rear registration lights illuminated after being stopped by police in the 2600 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Nov. 27 in Park City.
Christopher McAdams, 30, of Aurora was arrested Saturday and charged with driving while license suspended after being stopped by police near the intersection of Central Avenue and Sheridan Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Nov. 27 in Park City.
