How do you get a DUI for sleeping in a parked car? I'm all for the police cracking down & even posting their names on this page, but I dont think sleeping in a parked car is driving?! Lol

Because the keys are in the ignition, the driver is still in "control" of the vehicle. What you need to do if you have your wits about you, is to step out of the car and go hide your keys somewhere else ( Not on your person), then go to sleep. If the cops come by you tell them that your friends took the keys and your stranded . It will save you THOUSANDS!!! Literally
