Police Arrest Driver for DUI, Passenger for Possession
The following arrest information was supplied by the Highland Park Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
DUI
David Sciarrone, 45 of Highwood was arrested Sunday and charged with driving under the influence and driving without headlights illuminated after being stopped by police in the 600 block of Elm Place, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Nov. 1 in Waukegan.
Possession of Cannabis

William Platt, 39, of Deerfield, who was a passenger in Sciarrone’s vehicle, was arrested Sunday and charged with possession of cannabis, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Oct. 23 in Park Ctiy.

Justin Williams, 29 of Waukegan was arrested Monday and charged with driving while license suspended, disobeying a traffic control device, expired registration and uninsured motor vehicle after being stopped by police in the 2500 block of Skokie Valley Road,, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court Oct. 23 in Park City.
