Police Arrest Man for Solicitation To Meet Child

Solicitation to Meet a Child

Eric Silver, 22, of Lake Bluff was arrested Nov. 18 and charged with solicitation to meet a child after police on routine patrol located an occupied suspicious vehicle unlawfully parked in the 100 block of Central Avenue.  Silver was transported to bond court at 18 N. County Street, Waukegan pending court date, according to Highland Park Police reports.

Police are investigating a delayed report of a theft. It was reported that a cat pendant necklace is missing from a stand at the Art and Wine Fair at the Highland Park Country Club. It is believed it was taken on Nov. 23 between 2 and 3 p.m., according to Highland Park Police reports.

Unlawful Dumping

Police are investigating a report of an unlawful dumping on Nov. 24. It was reported that 4-5 bags of garbage were left out on Lakeside Congregation property located in the 1200 block of County Line Road, according to Highland Park Police reports.

Driver’s License Infractions and More

Ricardo Fuentes, 22, of Chicago was arrested Nov. 24 and charged with driving while license suspended after being stopped by police in the 2600 block of Skokie Valley Road, according to Highland Park Police reports. He was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Lake County Court on Dec. 18 in Park City.
